I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, I have dedicated my career to supporting clients in achieving emotional well-being, personal growth, and resilience.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. My counseling approach integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered philosophy, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and self-discovery.
In addition to individual counseling, I am actively involved in community outreach and mental health education, striving to reduce stigma around seeking help and to promote emotional wellness across communities.
When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, and exploring new ways to promote holistic well-being.
